Just wanted to give a strong recommendation for Pedro Palacios He just serviced, repaired, fully cleaned and and replaced a lot of parts on all 23 of our Rowers. They look brand new and feel brand new. It's amazing! He is a certified Concept 2 trainer, as well as one of their recommended repair companies. We spent around $1000 to have them serviced and cleaned. We had quite a few old ones including 5 that were not operational (10 years and older) that needed new parts and a complete repair. We spent around $1000 on the complete repair and replacement of parts. And the replacement of parts also included a lot of cosmetic pieces which were optional, but WOW! did it make a difference!
$2000 would have got us 2 new rowers and instead we have 23
