WINTER STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE CAMP USING ROWING

December 2nd -  February 14th

Rowing is a great cross train workout for kids. More trainers use it to supplement and add strength and endurance to athletes that can turn around and benefit for their sports such as Football, Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Cross Country and others.

For the last 10 years Queen City Rowing Head Coach and owner of No Limits Rowing has been training national champions, junior and high school students to improve strength, endurance, technique and anaerobic capacity.

Camp open to ages 12-19

Benefits:

  • Excellent conditioning for other sports such as Lacrosse, Track, Baseball, Basketball and others as it improves overall physical condition
  • Get your fastest 2K erg score and send it to college coaches
  • Great for new rowers-No experience required
  • Row on Concept 2 ergometers and our unique rowing simulator that helps improve technique
  • Become ready for 2020 athletics
  • Participate and represent your school at an Indoor Rowing Race at the Cincinnati Indoor Championships
  • Reduce injuries and learn proper technique to workout

Schedule:

Camp starts November 29th and ends February 14th, 2020
Monday-Friday 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Cost: $ 425.00

Winter season is one of the most important elements to become a successful athlete, rowing next to other kids promotes competition. Kids train better around a team than by themselves and coaches will keep track of their performance and success.
